Customer Rating: Summary: Great Quick Reference Guide! Comment: This little book is chock full of pertinent, easy-to-find information for the new and experienced real estate professional. It's not just terminology, but amortization tables, risk management information, sales dialogue, tax information such as 1031 exchanges, and so much more. This book is not meant to replace good old-fashioned education or legal advice from an attorney, but it it's the best GUIDE I've ever found in my 10 years in the business. It is important, however, to point out that it is the licensee's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the data contained within the book and to ensure laws and loan limits are up to date as they change often. This is a good book for Brokers to provide to their new agents as a supplement to well-rounded training.
My only complaint is that it was backordered from the publisher and it took so long to get it, I forgot that I ordered it!
